Bugfixes:

• editProxyOrderAction: search customer with editOrder_CustomerMatch and update customer data
• editOrder_CustomerMatch: reduce search cases to 3 (1: name, address, tel or mail; 2: name, tel or mail; 3: name, address)
• if customer match successful, add customer number to ordercustomer

• list open transactions for FCC 3.1.0 and FCC 3.0.0
• closing of fcc unfinished transactions with time and count limit
• listing of fcc unfinished transactions
• TSE overview show count of open transactions
• check if there are any items before fiscalation
