Introduction
The communication log records and clearly displays automatically sent email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages. Depending on the message type, the sent content can be viewed and additional information about the delivery can be accessed. In addition, the entries can be searched using various filters based on specific criteria.
Filter
You can filter above by date range or store as well as by communication type.
Type: Email
After an email account (by a SIDES employee) has been set up and configured under Admin: Global settings > Global store settings > Email settings (with "Sendgrid") (and any email templates have been created under Admin: Global Settings > Email templates), automatically sent messages via email can be viewed here with the appropriate filter in the upper right when performing specific actions.
Type: SMS and WhatsApp
SMS list entries can be expanded and opened to display the SMS as it was sent.
After a messaging service (by a SIDES employee) has been set up under Admin: Global settings > Global store settings > External services and portals > Access data for message services (and any SMS templates have been created under Admin: Global settings > SMS templates and/or WhatsApp opt-in SMS templates have been set up and the procedure has been completed), automatically sent messages via SMS or WhatsApp can be viewed here with the appropriate filters in the upper right when performing specific actions (via, for example, the "BerlinSMS" service).
SMS list entries can be expanded on the right with the arrow symbol to view the sent message. And with the two-white-arrows-in-circle symbol button "Refresh Status" the message can be resent if it did not work previously.
