Deactivate tip/donation for incoming order channels at store level

What Tip/donation can be deactivated e.g. for the webshop/app per store in the checkout. Where Admin: Store > Global store settings > Other settings > Webshop / app > Allow tips > Yes. Admin: Store > Stores > Edit > Settings > Taxes and deposits > Deactivate tips + Deactivate donation.

It is possible to deactivate tips/donations at store level so that they are no longer displayed, for example in the webshop checkout in a specific store.

Prerequisite for deactivation

Tipping must be activated in the global store settings under Admin: Store > Global store settings > Other settings > Webshop / App > Allow tips > Yes.

The “Allow tips” must be set to “Yes”.

Deactivate tip/donation at store level

1. To disable tipping/donation for a specific store, go to Admin: Store > Stores > Edit > Settings > Taxes and deposits > Deactivate tips + Deactivate donation.

2. Under "Deactivate tips" and/or "Deactivate donation", select the desired incoming order channels where the tip/donation should be deactivated.

To do this, click in the input field and select the channels to be deactivated, e.g. "Webshop", "App". Several channels can be selected. 

3. Click the button "Save" at the bottom of the page to finish.
