Displayed delivery times for webshop orders

If the automatically calculated delivery time (!) is enabled/selected, it will also be displayed in the webshop.
It consists of the set delivery time from the specific store settings (which however can also be set on the dashboard) and the average delivery time of the past tours (current return time of the drivers + route calculation Google Maps). (If the drivers do not report back cleanly, then unrealistic and possibly extremely high delivery times arise, since the system is still waiting for the drivers, although they are already back. These are also displayed to customers in the web store and app up to the upper limit. It must therefore be ensured in the store that drivers also report back precisely).
Accordingly, the delivery time displayed in the web store also changes when you change the time on the dashboard - this is updated every 15min.

Basically, the concrete delivery time of an order is calculated as the sum of preparation time + time for delivery.
Note: For an order that will be picked up, the preparation time is considered the pickup time.

(Regarding expected deliveryando orders delivery times:
YES, we at SIDES return delivery times with every portal order. NO, Lieferando does NOT use this data provided by us to display delivery times on their website. See the following statement from Lieferando: "The time displayed there under each restaurant is the average delivery time that the consumer can enter when rating the order. The average is drawn 1x per day from the last 5 ratings.")
