By default, the system sends standard emails. In the email template configuration, you can individually customize these emails that are automatically sent to customers.
Managing email templates
On the overview page the email templates are displayed and can be managed there.
Templates can be searched, filtered, created, edited, activated or deactivated, and deleted. The current status, the template type, the associated store, as well as the name and purpose are visible.
The "Purpose" filter allows you to narrow down the displayed templates by their area of use. The search function allows templates to be searched by name. Via "Add template" a new email template can be created. With "Filter" you can filter by active, inactive, or all templates.

Creating and customizing an email template
- To customize a template, click the "Add template" button.
Under "Purpose", select the type from the drop-down menu (more information about the notification types can be found in the next section).
- When you click "Insert default template",
the source code of the default template is loaded. You
can then customize it. For customization you should have
HTML knowledge.
- Enter a "Name" for the template, and add a "Description" if needed.
- In the "Subject" field, enter the subject that will appear in your customers' email overview.
- At the bottom of the editing area you will find "Placeholders".
These can be copied into the template and automatically
generate, for example, the customer's name in the email.
- When you have finished editing, click "Save".
Your email template will then be visible in the overview list.
Notification types
The following types are available:
- CRM – Send coupon: Complaint voucher, sends a voucher code (customer_crm_sendvoucher).
- Customer feedback: Invites the customer after an order to provide feedback. To receive this, a customer must also be subscribed to receive newsletters (customer_feedback).
- Daily closing report – Daily mail: Sends the daily closing report (taf_dailymail).
- Webshop – create customer account: Informs the customer about the registration in the webshop and contains activation information (webshop_createaccount).
- Webshop – reset password: Contains a link to reset the password ("Forgot password?") (webshop_resetpassword).
- Webshop – order confirmation delivery (basic template): Applies to delivery and as a base template for order confirmation emails (webshop_orderconfirmation).
- Webshop – order confirmation pick-up: Confirms a pickup order (webshop_orderconfirmation_takeaway).
- Webshop – order confirmation credits: Confirms the purchase of a credit and contains the corresponding voucher code (webshop_orderconfirmation_voucher).
- Webshop – order confirmation pre-order delivery (basic template): Confirms a pre-order with delivery and serves as a base template (webshop_orderconfirmation_preOrder).
- Webshop – order confirmation pre-order pick-up: Confirms a pre-order for later pickup (webshop_orderconfirmation_preOrder_takeaway).
- Subscription – order confirmation: Confirms the completion of a subscription (userSubscription_order_confirmation).
- Subscription – automatic renewal: Informs about the automatic renewal of an existing subscription (userSubscription_recurring_payment).
- Subscription – cancellation (subscription from voucher): Confirms receipt of a cancellation for a subscription (userSubscription_deactivation_type_voucher).
- Subscription – termination (subscription from voucher): Informs that a subscription has been terminated (userSubscription_deactivation_type_voucher).
- Newsletter confirmation: Confirms the sign-up/registration for the general receipt of newsletters (double opt-in) (newsletter_confirmation).
- Modify email address: Sends a code to confirm the change of the stored email address (webshop_changeusername).
- Shift schedule – Employee invitation: Informs employees about the upcoming shift scheduling and asks them to check their availability (shiftplan_inviteemployee).
- Shift plan – employee planned shifts: Informs employees about their upcoming scheduled shifts (shiftplan_notifyemployee).
- Invoice for the order forward account: Sends an invoice for the order forward account (orderforward).
- Statistics: Sends statistical reports (statisticresult).
- App – deposit return – confirmation email: Confirms a deposit return recorded via the app.
- App – order changed: Informs about changes to an order placed via the app.
- Order – refund failed: Informs that a refund could not be processed.
- Order – cancellation: Confirms the cancellation of an order.
- Order – change: Informs about additions to an existing order.
- Order – Invoice dispatch: Sends the invoice to the customer and informs them that their order has been successfully received and is being prepared.
- Picking – invoice dispatch: Sends the invoice after completion of the picking process.
- System notification: Sends a notification about an action performed in the system (system_notify).
- DaaS – delivery tracking: Contains a link with which the status of a DaaS delivery order can be tracked.
- Loyalty-Campaign levels – expiration warning: Informs that a loyalty level is about to expire.
- Loyalty-Campaign levels – level upgrade: Informs about reaching a higher loyalty level.
- Loyalty-Campaign levels – level downgrade: Informs about moving to a lower loyalty level.
- Loyalty-Campaign levels – progress: Informs about the current progress toward the next loyalty level.
- Loyalty-Campaign levels – inactivity reminder: Reminds after prolonged inactivity to participate again in the loyalty program and collect more points and rewards.
- Loyalty-Campaign loyalty card – inactivity reminder: Reminds after prolonged inactivity to use the loyalty card again and collect more points and rewards.
- Loyalty-Campaign loyalty card – progress: Informs about the current collection status or progress of the loyalty card.
- Loyalty-Campaign loyalty card – email activation: Confirms the successful verification of the email address and informs that participation in the loyalty program and receipt of email notifications have been activated.
- Loyalty-Campaign levels – email activation: Confirms the successful verification of the email address and informs that participation in the level-based loyalty program and receipt of email notifications have been activated.
