How do I manage payment options (such as cash) for my POS or Webshop?

Short solution
Payment methods have fixed settings per channel. To change a payment option (such as cash), activate or deactivate the specific variant that matches your channels.

Steps:
  1. Log in to the SIDES Admin and go to Store management > Stores.
  2. Click on the Edit (pencil) icon for the relevant store and go to the "Payment methods" tab.
  3. In the "Visible for" column, check which channels (Webshop, POS, etc.) are linked to the payment method.
  4. Set the slider to "Yes" to activate the variant that supports the correct channels, or to "No" to hide a variant.
  5. Click Save at the bottom.

Important: You cannot manually adjust the checkmarks under 'Visible for'. For example, if you want cash only on the POS and not in the Webshop, look for the 'Cash' line where only the checkmark for Point of Sale is selected and activate it.
