What If desired, the webshop can be set up with a multi-level checkout or checkout process so that customers can select a free item such as sushi sticks. Where Admin: Incentives > Banners/Recommendations > Add banner.

To do this, we would have to rebuild the webshop so that you have a multi-level checkout, if not already available.

You can see this, for example, at sushifreunde.simplywebshop.de. Here the customer is shown their shopping cart again at the checkout and can then choose the number of chopsticks accordingly. Please contact our support team if you would like to make a change.

You must first create the chopsticks item (at Admin: Item > Item > Add item) if it is not already available in the system.

Once the item has been created, go to "Banners/recommendations" in the Admin (Admin: Incentives > Banners/recommendations > Add banner).

The settings must be made here as follows:

"Display" should be set to "Item".

Please select the stores for which the query should appear.

Set "Show in shopping cart" to "Yes" and select the item you have just created.

Then set the validity period under "Validities" and click on "Save".
