Optimizations:

• Added editStatistic and helper functions
• Calculate expected delivery time based on output channel and pre-order time
• Make ApiUser easier to copy and display the Core URL so it can be entered faster in apps and mobile WS
• Select and display status of delivery areas, deactivated and deleted delivery areas can now also be included in statistics

Corrections:

• Delivery area statistics: Consider sorting from active to inactive to deleted status
• Load and calculate delivery and preparation times consistently
• Evaluate ordertypeId for Paypal (no shipping address required)
• Customer export: Check if export was stopped
• Corrected issues with inventory templates
• store_externalName no longer mandatory and if empty, use store_name
