Improvements:

• Send message on portal errors
• pointInDeliveryareaPolygons with ignoreTempClosed further restricted to maintain stores for matchedStores, even when only delivery/pickup is disabled - this makes suspending e.g. "delivery" in the webshop much more understandable for end customers

Issue fixes:

• Issue fix, loading of WeatherKey must also occur when binding the device, since the store, employee, client data is already loaded here for the first day
• Mail adjustments for order forward via mail
• Added missing translations for _listmyorders and listmydataAction
• Also consider a new minimum order value through vouchers for pickup.
• Removed core URL and API user from display in DeliveryPortalAccount

Other:

• Updated language packages (Polish and Dutch)
