• fix for the delivery area statistics
• Voucher statistics added

Corrections:

• Translating the items when moving orders
• Also use the kitchen name for menus
• When deleting workstations also delete the stations from already deleted/deactivated stores
• when SwitchOrdertype to delivery, retain the customer number
• fixed setting of the Orderaction at selectStoreForTakeaway on onlyTakeaway disabled
• Store search also at SelectStoreFortakeaway (in case you switch back to delivery)
