Version 1.2.157.1 - New features and changes

ADMIN

  • New feature: In the category "Accounting" at the subcategory point "GOBD Export" now also a "DSFinV-K (='Digital interface of the financial administration for cash register systems')-export" can be made besides the normal GOBD export.
  • Change: For "Seatris" it is no longer necessary to enter "access data" in the system to activate the tool-the activation is now done "automatically" by Seatris upon activation request.

POS

  • New feature: If you want to create a cash balance reprt in the POS on the dashboard, but employees are still logged in in the driver terminal and possibly even on break or are currently completing an order/tour, they can now be logged out directly in the small window that opens on the dashboard when you click on the "THERE IS/ARE STILL ONE/XXX EMPLOYEES LOGGED IN." button. This may also allow getting "stuck" drivers unstuck.

ADMIN+POS

  • The KM section in the menu navigation is no longer only visible as "admin" (user group), but now also with the user right "kitchenmanager."
  • > "There is now the new right "kitchenmanager". This now ensures that you can see the category "kitchenmanager" in the admin left menu navigation.

To be able to see the subcategory items "workstation" and "workflows" and edit stuff there, you also need the rights:

Note: An employee can only add workstations/workflows only for the store they are allowed to work in, i.e. how they were created/set up.

The explicit rights for the operation of the KMs in the POS are exclusively "admin" or now just alternatively "kitchenmanager". In the case of an employee, he must also be allowed to work in this store (setting for the employee himself). The "employee roles" are irrelevant, they are only visual."

  • Bug fix: Shift plan was not printable, because the popup with the print window which opened, closed again immediately.

ADMIN+WEBSHOP

  • New feature: admin --> category "incentives" --> subcategory item "banners / recommendations" --> button "ADD BANNER" --> new type/display "item/ware group slider".
