Version 1.2.170.4 - New features, changes and bug fixes

ADMIN

  • Change: In the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> at the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" at a store list entry or at the top left at the dark green button "ADD STORE" --> at the tab "Other Settings" --> at the section "Delivery and Pickup Settings" --> at the setting "Number of days for pre-order" at the description "If 0 is entered here, pre-orders are disabled." added.
  • Bug fix: In the admin in the category "Stock" --> at the category subitem "Suppliers" sometimes they could not be (completely) deleted and edited.
  • Change: In the category "Items" --> at the category subitem "Items" --> at the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" at an item list entry or top left at the dark green button "(+) ADD ARTICLE" --> at the tab "Prices" the position from the cost of goods field at the "Default price" was moved to the top right.
  • New feature: In the Admin --> in the category "Statistics" --> at the category subitem "Single statistics / Overview (Beta)" there is now the new statistic "Tables" at the top left of the dropdown menu, which shows the gross and net turnover per table and room. For this the right "statisticdata.tables" is needed, which has to be created and activated.

POS

  • Bug fix: Fixed a bug regarding the time of appearance of the AutoDispo tour assignment message or regarding the conditions of appearance when the store setting "Show message in POS when tours are automatically assigned to a driver" is activated.

ADMIN+POS

  • New features: In the "Items" category --> at the "Items" category sub-item --> at the light green "pencil icon" "edit" button in the item settings --> at the "Extra" tab, the "Shelf life in days" field/setting has been added. In the category "Hardware & System" --> in the category sub-item "Print templates" when creating a new print template, there is now also the corresponding default template/print template type "Item label" (including MHD and the allergen list).
  • New feature: If you click on the "magnifying glass icon" button "View order" in the Admin or POS in the category "Orders" --> in the category sub-item "Order overview" for an order, you will also see "Bonus points received" at the bottom of the order view under "Total price", if the order or its contents were qualified for bonus points.
  • Change: Checkbox buttons have been changed from round to square in all beta views.
  • Bug fix: If in the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category subitem "Stores" --> at the light green "pencil icon" button "edit at a store list entry or top left at the dark green button "ADD STORE" --> at the tab "Settings" --> at the section "Checkout" the setting "Login at checkout for pickup, delivery and counter sales" was activated, after logging in to POS as soon as you went to the "Order overview" sometimes an error message came up.

Webshop:

  • Change: Greeting formulas, pronouns, etc. of the email templates slightly adjusted to be more neutral and, depending on the configurations in the email templates and the gender when entering a customer in the customer list, also suitable for the gender "Divers".
  • Bug fix: In the order confirmation email it said "Total" twice.

ADMIN+Webshop:

  • Bug fix: In the category "Store" --> at the category subitem "Store-wide settings" --> at the tab "Other settings" --> at the section "Voucher settings" --> at the item/setting "Background image for credit attachment:" images could not be saved successfully.
  • New features: In the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category subitem "Email templates" there are now instead of only one email template for "Delivery" as before, also separate templates for "Pickup", "Pre-order - Delivery", "Pre-order - Pickup" and "Credit" (the latter mail is sent additionally/separately to one of the previously mentioned mails, if the template is active and there is credit in the cart-so you will receive 2 mails).

ADMIN+POS+Webshop:

  • Bugfix: Bugfix for receiving bonus points for large orders or orders with menus.
  • Change: The delivery fees are now also taken into account for the bonus points calculation for deliveries.
