Version 1.2.173.1 - Rider hub + Driver app changes

:POS+Driver app

• show phone and rider app statuses in rider terminal (App binding status + Device status informations in rider terminal / POS: battery, last geo update, mobile data status, device-settings like battery saver etc. (as much as possible). + Clearly show rider status [inner / outer perimeter, customer perimeter, en rout / return])
• shift end requests now possible in app
• request shift end at hand over now possible in app
• manually removed tours from drivers can now be assigned to another driver within a certain time (e.g. 1 minute) without automatically being assigned to another driver yet, when the auto-disposition is turned on
