Version 1.2.18.2 - GoBD certificate added, preparation of order status for end customers, issue fixes

• Printing: when the kitchen receipt is not sorted by product groups (e.g. by preparation time), then write the box name in brackets after the item name
• Inventory management: optionally only already posted goods orders can be listed
• Correction: vouchers now properly consider product groups
