Version 1.2.180.1 - New features, changes and bug fixes

ADMIN

• Change: In the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Cross-store settings" --> at the tab "Payment methods" the creation (logic) has now been corrected and optimized or made more meaningful.
• New feature: In the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category subitem "Cross-store settings" --> at the tab "Payment types" --> in the edit view reachable via the light green button "CREATE NEW PAYMENT TYPE" in the lower left corner resp. the light green "pencil icon" button to the right of each payment type list entry, there are now "flag buttons" in the "Payment type name" and "Payment type description" fields to the right, which can also be found in other places in the system, with which you can activate the text lines of the corresponding languages and thus enter the names for them.
• Bug fix: In the admin --> in the category "Incentives" --> at the category subitem "Bonus Points" --> in the edit view reachable via the light green button "ADD NEW RULE" in the upper left corner the button "Activate or Deactivate" should be turned on and green by default -- the opposite was the case.
• Change/New feature: In the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" -->in the store settings reachable via the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" on the right side of each store list entry --> at the tab "Settings" --> at the section "Cash book and cash closings" letters can now be entered at the setting "Cost center 1" and the message when entering more than 5 characters has been adjusted.

POS

• Kitchen manager: New features/Change: On the "Customer monitor" the footer including the filter buttons and the button to log out the "normal stations" has been added.
• Kitchen manager: New feature: Added the option "Arrangement of incoming orders (old -> new, new -> old)" to the settings menu in the kitchen manager, i.e. the view of the light blue "cogwheel icon" button at the bottom left of the footer, with which you can set whether the newest orders should always appear on the far left or far right.
• Kitchen manager: Bug fix: Bug fix for sorting orders by date and time.
• Bug fix: Pre-order times are now displayed again in the POS on the map in the "Driver Terminal" and in the "Tour Planning" at the order markers.
• New feature: In the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the store settings reachable via the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" on the right side of each store list entry --> at the tab "Settings" --> at the section "Delivery and pickup settings" the new option "In the POS in the order overview show the delivery time modal when a new delivery is received (When an order is received in the POS the delivery time can be adjusted." added. The corresponding window opens with each new order and can be temporarily "clicked away", but opens again after any view change, until the delivery times are confirmed.

ADMIN+POS

• New feature: Deposit values are now also available in the Admin in the category "Statistics" --> at the category sub-item "Daily closing report" --> at the tab "Checkout" as well as in the TAF in the mail, which is sent if you are a "Partner" in the Admin, have deposited your mail there and then make a "Checkout" in the POS.
• New feature: In the Admin --> in the category "Orders" --> at the category subitem "Order overview" on the left side in the view of the "envelope icon" button (top right) at the dropdown menu the option "all stores" was added, with which you can now send important messages such as a notice about the failure of the Lieferando systems or similar collected to all stores at the same time.

Note: Before the red-white message counter above the "envelope icon" button (top right) decreases or disappears, you have to confirm receipt and reading of the messages in the message overview either via the light blue-white "checkmark icon" button "view message" to the right of each message or the blue button "TAG ALL AS READ" below, reply to the message or comment on it via the light blue-white or gray-white "speech bubble icon" button "comment on message" respectively comment on it or hide/"delete" it via the red and white "cancel/stop icon" "hide message" button next to each message or the red "HIDE ALL" button at the bottom.

• Bug fix: Employees who had "Is Driver: No" set for their employee roles in Admin were still able to run tours in POS. Now the assignment of orders is prevented for such employees.
• New feature: In the Admin and POS --> in the category "Orders" --> at the category subitem "Order Overview" in the view of the button "Change Customer, Status and Payment Type" (to the right of the orders) of each order, you can now individually set the "Expected Delivery Time" in the top left corner - this was previously only possible overall via the small dropdown menu in the top left corner of the gray bar at the very top of the order overview.
• > Limitation: The order must have the status "Sent to Store", so it must not be in "Tour Preparation" (AutoDispo and FaherHub aspects must be considered).
