Version 1.2.182.1 - New features, changes and bug fixes

ADMIN

  • Bug fix: In the Admin --> in the category "Storage" --> at the category subitems "Good Receipt" and "Storage protocol" booked goods receipts for a former date were wrongly assigned to the current date - thus they could not be booked retroactively.
  • Changes: In the Admin --> in the category "Incentives" --> under the category sub-item "Bonus Points", visual adjustments have been made in the "edit view", accessible via the "pencil icon" button next to each bonus point rule list entry or the light green button "ADD RULE" in the upper left corner, making certain fields mandatory.
  • Change: Users are now no longer able to edit, deactivate and (re-)activate or delete user rights, but only view and add new rights (which is only possible if they already exist in the system in the background).
  • Bug fix: In the category "Statistics" --> at the category subitem "Single statistics / Overview" an error in the calculation of the cost of goods/the value of the goods usage when summing up the values of several stores was fixed, which occurred when creating a "Store comparison" statistic.
  • Bug fix: When removing the "Ingredient" property in the item settings of an item, the "checkmark icon" in the item list still did not disappear.
  • Change/New feature: In the Admin --> in the "Users" category --> at the "Users" category sub-item in the "edit view", accessible via the light green "pencil icon" "edit" button at each user list entry or via the dark green "( + ) ADD SINGLE USER" button, the password requirements message has been updated to more clearly show which special characters are allowed. Also, the updated message has been added in the corresponding beta version of the view and also in the "My Account" category.
  • Change: In the admin in beta views, "checkbox buttons" have been changed from round to square with rounded corners.
  • Bug fix: If you clicked the dark green button "( + ) ADD STORE" in the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" in the upper left corner, selected the option "Copy Store" in the dropdown menu there and then set the switch at the bottom of "Store Locations" to "yes", the "sub-stores" in the individual "Store Locations" (category "Stores) were not copied as well.

POS

  • Change: In the POS --> in the driver terminal, the "message window" "To end your break, please start the driver app." no longer appears after you end your break.

ADMIN+POS

  • Bug fix: When you have logged off/settled an employee and you want to reactivate them via the dashboard, an additional window/page appears again where you are supposed to confirm this. However, this confirmation was without function in the POS, so reactivation was not possible there. (Before the status of the driver is updated, you may have to reload the page again).
  • Bug fix/Change: Previously, if you parked a table sale, then added an item, for example, and then parked the table sale again, a cancellation receipt was printed with the first item selection and a new kitchen receipt was printed with the old item selection+the new items. Now no more cancellation receipt is printed, but instead simply an "additional" new kitchen receipt, on which (in this example) the later added item is present individually.
  • Bug fix: In the Admin and in the POS --> in the category "Customers" --> at the category sub-item "Customer List" in the "edit view", accessible via the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" at each customer list entry or via the dark green button "( + ) ADD CUSTOMER", what is entered in optional fields is now actually saved as well when (first) saving and not only what is entered in required fields.

Webshop:

  • Change: Background query/analysis of data from new and existing customers optimized when completing orders in the webshop.

ADMIN+POS+Webshop:

  • New feature: When in Admin --> in the category "Articles" --> at the category sub-item "Articles" --> in the "edit view", accessible via the "pencil icon" button at each article list entry or the dark green button "( + ) ADD ARTICLE" in the upper left corner, --> at the tab "Extra" (at "other settings") --> at the setting "Alcohol content" enters a number which is greater than 0, this number will now be displayed in the webshop in the price button of the article and in its product info window, accessible via the "'i'-symbol" buttons.

Driver app "SimplyDrive "+POS:

  • Bug fix: Bug fix for assigning the same tour to two "free" drivers at the same time in the driver app by auto dispatching and automatic distribution.
