Version 1.2.190.3 - New features, changes and bug fixes

ADMIN

  • Bug fix: In the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category subitem "Stores" --> in the store settings, accessible via the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" right at each store list entry or the dark green button "ADD STORE" at the top left --> at the tab "Address/Communication/Bank" in rare cases data "changed by itself" unintentionally at the "Address data", if customer data was changed in the Admin --> in the category "Customers" --> at the category sub-item "Customer List" via the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" on the right side of each customer list entry.
  • Bug fix: In the admin --> in the category "Vehicles" --> at the category subitem "Driver Hub" --> in the edit view, accessible via the "pencil icon" button "edit" right at each driver hub list entry or via the light green button "ADD DRIVER HUB" at thetop left --> at the settings "ignore current store of driver" and "assign new tour when driving" the buttons were either always grey instead of red or green or red when they should have been green and vice versa.
  • Change: In Admin --> in the category "Incentives" --> at the category sub-item "Clearing Bonus Points", the store order has been adjusted for uniformity to match the order elsewhere in the system.
  • Changes: In Admin --> in the "Store" category --> at the "Delivery Portal Accounts Logs" category sub-item, logs were limited to 100 lines/entries - this limit has been removed.

Furthermore, a maximum limit of 7 days was added for the log to be displayed at the same time and thus only exported as well as a corresponding error message.

ADMIN+POS

  • New feature: In the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the store settings, accessible via the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" on the right of each store list entry or the dark green button "ADD STORE" on the top left --> at the tab "Settings --> at the section "Delivery and pickup settings" the setting "Portal orders must be confirmed/edited upon receipt: " has been added, which allows portal orders to be paused before they can be processed further. Enabling this was previously only possible collectively for all stores in the "Store" category --> under the "Store-wide settings" category sub-item --> under the "Portal orders" tab --> under "Delivery order processing settings" with the setting "...when an order is received:" with the "Store work order" or "Call center work order" selections in the drop-down menu on the right. The function of the new Store setting corresponds to the "Work Order Store" selection.

After a portal order is received, it has the status "Checked with Order Store" or similar before the check if the setting is activated. Only after confirmation/editing (--> e.g. item matching) of the order (via the white-light blue "wrench icon" button "Change customer, status or payment type" on the right of each order <-- at the category subitem "Order overview" <-- in the category "Orders"[Admin]/"Order overview"[POS]) it gets an invoice number/an invoice number is generated and also only then the printing of its invoice and kitchen receipt (etc.) is triggered.

  • Bug fix: In the Admin --> in the category "Vehicles" --> at the category sub-item "Driver Hub" --> in the edit view, accessible via the "pencil icon" button "edit" on the right side of each driver hub list entry or the light green button "ADD DRIVER HUB" on the top left side, the function of the setting "assign new tour when driving" was erroneously active in "non-hub stores" as well, if it was activated somewhere.

ADMIN+Webshop:

  • New feature: In the admin --> in the category "Store" --> in the "Webshop settings", in the tab "SEO", the new "setting" "Google meta tag domain verification meta-. Tag for domain verification at Google in the format 67KexTjBUTNpKvQadBDRzCZ7tF5ZWcaqmgd4JfBYvFm" has been added and in the "Tracking" tab the new "setting" "Facebook Meta-Tag Domain Verification Meta-Tag for domain verification at Facebook in the format ptJ8H95yXBNBqLcvD6SM".

For webshops that can be customized via the "Webshop settings", the individual ID (which must be obtained from Google or Facebook or found out from accounts there) then appears in the form of " <meta name="facebook-domain-verification" content=". ." /> " or " <meta name="google-site-verification" content="..." /> " in the "head" area, which can be found at the tab "Elements", if you right-click in the browser and click on "Explore website" or similar at the bottom while you are on the webshop page.
