Version 1.2.199 - New features, changes and bug fix
ADMIN
- Change: In the Admin --> in the "Store" category --> under the "Stores" category sub-item --> in the view after clicking the light green "pencil icon" "edit" button to the right of each store list entry --> under the "Settings" tab, the "Maximum number of open delivery tours until portal shutdown:" setting has been moved from the "Disposition / Tour Management" section to the "Delivery and Pickup Settings" section and renamed to "Maximum number of open delivery portal orders until portal shutdown option:".
- Change: In the Admin --> in the "Incentives" category --> under the "Bonus Points" category sub-item, on the right side of each bonus points rules list entry, the gray "closed lock" icon has been changed to a "red cross ('x')" icon and the gray "open lock" icon has been changed to a "green checkmark" icon.
- New feature: In the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" right at each store list entry --> at the tab "Settings" --> at the tab "Other settings" the option "Oven time" has been added. This only affects the beta individual statistic "Kitchen times" which will be added soon. To use "Oven Time", the option "Add Oven Time to this workflow (see Store Settings) must be enabled in the "Kitchen Manager" category --> under the "Workflow" category sub-item when creating (light green "ADD WORKFLOW" button at top left) or editing ("pencil icon" button to the right of each bonus point rule list entry) workflows. If this setting is active, the oven time is only added for the evaluation of the statistics "Kitchen times". The value has no influence on the work step times or similar that are displayed in the kitchen manager." must be checked.
POS
- Bug fix: If no driver is assigned in the POS of a delivery to be driven out and no tracking data (start time + end time of the tour) is available, the planned arrival time ("Target" --> "Arrival at customer") at the customer always showed "01.01.70 00:00" - now the field is empty.
ADMIN+Webshop:
- New feature: The preview webshop (if enabled/selected in the admin in the "Store-wide settings") now also shows the bonus points you can get for items on the "[...]/menu" page (before you have to enter an address, choose delivery or pickup and select a store) (if e.g. an "Item" bonus points rule is active). A specific type of consistent setup (between stores) is needed in terms of bonus points rules and items, etc. so that customers actually always receive the exact number of points advertised on that page.
ADMIN+POS+Webshop:
- Change: In the Admin --> in the "Store" category --> under the "Stores" category sub-item, the options for the "Limit pre-orders" setting have been temporarily moved from the view when clicking on the light green "pencil icon" button edit on the right of each store list entry --> under the "Settings" tab --> under the "Delivery and pickup settings" section to the view of the blue "mobile icon" button "Webshop and app settings" --> to the "Pre-orders" tab.
- New feature: In the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category subitem "Stores" --> in the view of the blue "cell phone icon" button "Webshop and app settings" --> at the tab "Preorders" it is now possible via checkboxes to set the limits individually for delivery only, pickup only or for both together.
- New feature: In the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category subitem "Stores" --> in the view of the blue "mobile icon" button "Webshop and App settings" --> at the tab "Preorders" the option "Order total" has been added, which can be used in addition to the normal pre-order limits.
- New feature: In the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category subitem "Stores" --> in the view of the blue "mobile icon" button "Webshop and App Settings" --> at the tab "General Settings" the option "Time interval for pre-order options in the webshop:" has been added.
ADMIN+POS+Webshop+External (piggy.nl):
- New feature: In the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view of the yellow "star icon" button "Tip Provider" on the right side of each store list entry --> at the top left of the button/dropdown menu "Add new entry" there is now the new option "Piggy".
