Version 1.2.2.0 - Issue fixes and minor improvements

Enhancements:

• Settings for hiding vouchers implemented
• Hidden vouchers are also no longer displayed in the cash register
• Display of non-customer-bound vouchers when these were created via the customer
• Store setting for "leave card inserted"
• Product sales group statistics now calculates the net values via the gross values and no longer sums these via individual line items
• Districts (Sub-City) are now included in the address
• Mobile cash register: Selection for INHOUSE and OUTHOUSE improved
• Improvements in the display of values for product orders

Issue fixes:

• Issue with saving special characters in the release notes fixed
• Issue fix in the calculation of taxes for vouchers
• Issue with the display of VAT in the cash register closing fixed
• Issue when switching tax types for counter and restaurant sales fixed
• Correction of counting for items in menus
• Issue with default values in mail settings fixed
