Version 1.2.201 - New features, changes and bug fixes
ADMIN
- Change: In the Admin --> in the category "Customers" --> at the category sub-item "Customer List" --> in the window "Advanced Search and Filtering", which opens when opening the customer list for the first time or afterwards when clicking on the yellow button "SET FILTERS" in the top right/center/right of the bar with the listed filters, the dropdown menu selection "All Stores" in the section "Additional Filters" at the option "Store" has now been changed in such a way that it now also lists the customers of the dropdown menu selection "Customers without Store".
- Change: In the Admin --> at the category item "Dashboard" (filter "All Stores" at the dropdown menu top right) the names of the buttons to close the single portal accounts have been changed from "STORE ACTIVATED"/"STORE DEACTIVATED" to "DELIVERY PORTAL ACTIVATED"/"DELIVERY PORTAL DEACTIVATED".
- Admin --> "Store" category --> "Delivery Portal Accounts Logs" category sub-item - Adjustments:
1. New feature/Bug fix: Added/corrected functionality of "CLOSE ALL PORTALS"/"OPEN ALL PORTALS" buttons on admin dashboard (filter "all stores" on top right dropdown menu) in relation to logs --> the "ACTION" column now says "ALL_OPEN"/"ALL_CLOSED" when buttons are clicked and one entry is created per portal account.
2. Bug fix: No more red error message in the upper right corner indicating an invalid time span (which was wrong anyway) when opening the "logs" ("the first time").
3. Change: Column title "PORTAL" renamed to "LIEFERPORTAL" + "PORTALNACHRICHT" renamed to "LIEFERPORTALNACHRICHT".
4. New feature: In the column "LIEFERPORTAL" is now also the "Store ID" of the respective delivery portal accounts in brackets behind the delivery portal name, to better distinguish the accounts, etc..
5. The export (green button top right) also contains the adjustments 1.-4..
- New feature: In the Admin --> in the category "Statistics" --> at the category sub-item "Individual Statistics / Overview" when selecting the statistics "Vouchers and Discounts (with tax splitting)" and "Vouchers and Discounts (without tax splitting)" on the left in the column "DESCRIPTION" is now displayed to the right of the respective voucher names in parentheses also the respective voucher description (if available).
POS
- New feature: In the POS --> at the category item "Dashboard" --> at the box "Delivery times" the new tab "Autodisposition" with the option to "de-/activate autodisposition" has been added in it.
This tab is shown by the new user right "dashboard.showAutodispo", which has to be created and/or de-/activated by SIDES for you if needed.
ADMIN+POS
- New feature: In the Admin --> in the category "Orders" --> at the category subitem "Order overview" as well as in the POS --> in the category "Order overview" --> at the category subitem "Order overview" --> in the view of the white-light blue "Printer icon" button "Retrigger print order or download invoice as PDF" on the right side of each order the new checkbox "Regenerate print preview" has been added at the bottom left.
As long as this is not checked, clicking on one of the light blue and white "Printer icon" or "Print preview"/"Download DINA4" buttons "Download invoice as PDF"/"Download invoice as DINA4" will always generate the respective print preview as it looked at the time the order was received.
If now after receipt of the order one of the relevant print templates is changed in the Admin --> in the category "Hardware & System" --> at the category subitem "Print Templates", the respective print preview can then alternatively be viewed in the current updated variant by checking this checkbox.
- Bug fix: In the Admin --> in the category "Statistics" --> at the category subitem "Single Statistics / Overview (Beta)" --> in the "Daily Performance Indicators" statistics --> in relation to the field "(Average) Time in Kitchen" orders were counted as 1 day + XY minutes, when they were created or entered into the system before 00:00, but were finished after 00:00.
ADMIN+POS+Webshop:
- Bug fixes: Bug fixes regarding the checkboxes "Save my customer data only for this order." (can be shown in the admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the blue "mobile icon" button Webshop and App Settings" on the right side of each store list entry --> at the tab "General Settings" --> at the "Settings" section with the setting "Show checkbox to let customers order as guest:") and "I want to create a customer account with my data and enjoy exclusive benefits" in the checkout in the webshop in combination with the setting "Customer account required to receive bonus points" at the category subitem "Bonus system settings" <-- in the category "Incentives" <-- in the Admin.
- New feature: In the Admin --> in the category "Incentives" --> at the category sub-item "Bonus system rules" --> in the view after clicking on the "pencil icon" button "edit" on the right side of each bonus points rule list entry or the light green button "ADD RULE" on the top left side --> at the section "Application type" --> when selecting the option "Item" the setting "Exclusive voucher types" has been added in the middle/bottom.
ADMIN+Apps:
- Bug fix: In apps, "timed activation" times for delivery areas of stores from the admin are now no longer taken into account for takeaway orders.
