Issue Fixes:

• Order input channel is now queried during employee login
• Fixed issue so that more than one credit card can be used per order
• Changed sorting of delivery areas in delivery area selection to be customer-friendly by smallest delivery fees
• Better error message displayed when a store's home address cannot be geocoded
• Fixed minor issue with delivery time calculation for drivers
