Version 1.2.228 - New features, changes and bug fixes
New features:
Admin+POS+External:
- In the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> at the yellow "branching icon" button "External Order Forwarding" --> in the view after clicking on the dark green dropdown button "(+) ORDER-. ADD FORWARDING" and subsequent selection of the option "Add forwarding to external POS system" --> in the field of the option "Engine options" now the two new commands "manualOnly" and "sendMessageToPos" can be entered. In the case of the former, automatic forwarding should be blocked and only happen at all by manually clicking on the white-light blue "blue arrow to the right icon" button "Forward order" in the order overviews on the right of each order, and in the case of the latter, a corresponding message should always appear in the POS at the top right if automatic forwarding fails or for each manual forwarding.
Admin+POS+Webshops+Apps:
- In the Admin --> in the category "Incentives" --> at the category sub-item "Loyalty-Rules" --> in the view after clicking on the light green button "ADD RULE" on the top left or the "pencil icon" button "edit" on the right at each bonus system rules list entry at the setting "Application Type" when selecting the option "Shopping cart value" the setting "Including delivery dee & minimum order value/low-quantity surcharge" has been split into the two settings "Including minimum order value/low-quantity surcharge" and "Including delivery fee".
ADMIN+POS+Webshops+Apps+External (Vytal/Relevo):
- In the Admin --> in the category "Items" --> at the category sub-item "Items" --> in the view after clicking on the dark green "(+) ADD ARTICLE" button on the top left or the light green "pencil icon" "Edit" button on the right of each item list entry, the "Returns" tab has been added, offering 4 options related to packaging: "Disposable", "Reusable", "Vytal" and "Relevo". For the last two options, which use external services, in the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the dark green dropdown button "(+) ADD STORE" and subsequent selection of the dropdown option "Add Store" (or in the view after the view after selecting the dropdown option "Copy Store") or the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" --> at the tab "external services" --> at the section "Api key for external return options" the corresponding fields with the data of the external accounts have to be filled out. It is possible, that the section must first be enabled/activated by SIDES - so if it is not visible and the features are desired, the SIDES team should be contacted to do this.
Changes:
Admin:
- Visual and textual adjustments in the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the yellow "star icon" button "External Vendors" --> in the view after clicking on the dark green dropdown button "(+) ADD NEW ENTRY" at the top left and subsequently selecting the dropdown options "Tippie" or "Piggy" or on the light green "pencil icon" button to the right of each "Piggy"/"PIGGY" entry and each "Tippie"/"TIPPIE" entry.
- In the Admin --> in the category "Incentives" --> at the category sub-item "Loyalty-Settings" --> at the setting "Redemption options by outgoing order channel" a note has been added, mentioning which version of a mobile app is minimally required to use this feature there.
Bug fixes:
Admin:
- During (repeated) item imports it happened that items were duplicated if they already existed (once) (but they were deleted). Thus there were multiple entries in e.g. the "Stock" <-- in the category "Stock" <-- in the Admin.
Admin+POS+External:
- Bug fix regarding "External order forwarding" with "SD-Order transmission".
Admin+POS+Webshops+Apps+External:
- Bug fix regarding not fully processed PayPal- or Mollie - PayPal orders.
New features+Bug fixes:
POS+Rider app:
- The options to take and return or exchange vehicles and inventory that were already available in POS are now also available in the rider app in the side menu at the category item "VEHICLE / INVENTORY CHANGE" and there was a bug fix for the communication between POS and rider app when changing the vehicle or inventory.
