Version 1.2.235 - New features, changes and bug fixes

New features:

Admin+POS:

  • In the Admin --> in the category "Hardware & System" --> at the category sub-item "Print Templates" --> in the view after clicking on the dark green button "(+) ADD TEMPLATE" on the top left or the green "pencil icon" button "Edit right at each print template list entry the new placeholder "%SUBROW_LINE%" for kitchen vouchers has been added.

In order to be able to use this correctly, it is first necessary to click on the orange button "ENTRY DEFAULT VALUES" underneath a kitchen receipt template with selection of "Kitchen receipt" in the drop-down menu of the "Type" setting again, even if this has already been done in the past (before this, it is recommended to copy/save individual adjustments of the potentially previously existing template separately externally) and then to replace the placeholder "%SUBROW%" with the placeholder "%SUBROW_LINE%" in the "Invoice items" section.

If you do this, you can now have toppings and ("remove from item"-/) removable recipe ingredients displayed in an alternative structure next to each other, instead of below each other as before.

Webshops:

  • In the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Webshop settings" --> at the tab "Tracking" the new section "Pinterest settings" with the new setting/field "Pinterest tag" has been added.

Changes:

Admin:

  • Visual and textual adjustments/improvements in the Admin --> in the category "Incentives" --> at the category sub-item "Loyalty-Clearing".

Furthermore, the date filter at the top is now limited to one month.

Webshops:

  • In the webshop --> in the profile, the section "Overview" has been renamed to "Order".

Admin+Webshops:

  • In the Admin --> in the category "Customers" --> at the category sub-item "Customer List" --> in the view "EDIT EXISTING CUSTOMERS" after clicking on the light green "pencil icon" "Edit" button at each customer list entry --> at the tab "Bonus Points" --> at the section "History", as well as in the webshop --> in the Profile --> at the Bonus System section --> at the bottom of the Bonus Points History, the "Available" status has been renamed to "Received".

Changes/Bug fixes:

Admin+POS:

  • May 1st now no longer acts as a holiday for stores in the Netherlands, and if the Dutch language is active in the Admin (click on the corresponding "flag icon" button before or after login if more than one language is present), this day is no longer displayed in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Holidays" --> at the bottom under "System-wide holidays".

Webshops:

  • If now in the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category subitem "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" right at each stores list entry resp. the options "Add Store" or "Copy Store" in the menu of the dark green dropdown button "(+) ADD STORE" --> at the tab "Payment Methods" --> at the payment method "Mollie" (if available) --> at the field "API Key" an incorrect key is entered, the corresponding payment methods will not be displayed in the webshop anymore.

Bug fixes:

Admin:

  • Bug fix regarding not displayed split values in the Admin --> in the category "Accounting" --> at the category sub-item "Online Payments" --> in the column "TRANSACTION FEES" --> in the modal "Details on Fees" at the black "'i'-symbol" button of the same name on the right side of each online payments list entry where payment was made via/with SIDES Pay/Stripe with a credit card via a EC terminal.

However, this only works for new payments.

Webshops:

  • Bug fix regarding not displaying bonus points to be received for toppings of items in menus for these groups/parts.

Admin+POS:

  • Bug fix regarding the operator right "Item cancellation (deleting items from parked baskets)" <-- in the view "Operator rights for the store" after clicking on the orange "two person icon" button "Operator rights" on the right side of each stores list entry <-- at the category sub-item "Stores" <-- in the category "Store" <-- in the Admin.

Admin+Webshops:

  • Bug fix regarding displayed bonus points to be received when ordering from webshop at stores deselected in the Admin --> in the category "Incentives" --> at the category subitem "Bonus System Settings" --> at the setting "Participating Stores".

New features+Changes:

Admin:

  • In the Admin --> in the category "Incentives" --> at the category subitem "Bonus system rules" now only a total of one rule of the type "Stamp card" can be created/exist and in the modal "RULES OF BONUS POINTS" after clicking on the light green button "ADD RULE" in the upper left corner resp. the "pencil icon" button "edit" on the right side of each bonus points rules list entry --> at the "Application type" section/setting, there is now a corresponding note to the right of the checkbox option in case of an already existing rule.

Admin+POS:

  • Bug fix regarding the setting "Portal orders must be confirmed/edited upon receipt" <-- in the section "Delivery and Pickup Settings" <-- in the view "Settings" after clicking the light green "edit" button to the right of each store list entry or the options "add store" or "copy store" in the menu of the dark green dropdown button "(+) ADD STORE" <-- at the category sub-item "Stores" <-- in the category "Store" <-- in the Admin, which also got active for webshop orders.

Furthermore, this setting was enabled by default for newly created stores - now it is disabled by default.
