Version 1.2.239 - New features, changes and bug fixes
New features:
Admin:
- In the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the yellow "modern key icon" button "Access data delivery portal" on the right side of each stores list entry resp. after clicking on the category sub-item "Delivery Portal Accounts" and subsequently selecting a store in the drop-down menu at the top left --> in the view after clicking on the dark green button "(+) ADD DELIVERY PORTAL ACCOUNT" --> in the view after clicking on the option "wolt.com" (/Wolt) in the drop-down menu "Type of Delivery Portal:" the two new fields "API Username" and "API Password" have been added.
Admin+External:
- In the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the yellow "branching icon" button "External Order Forwarding" on the right of each Stores list entry --> in the view after clicking on the dark green drop down Menu button "(+) ADD ORDER FORWARDING" and subsequent selection of the option "Add forwarding to external POS system" in the dropdown menu of the "Transmission Engine" setting, the option "sdOrdertransmission" (--> sdOrderfordward as JSONv2) is added.
- In the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the yellow "branching icon" button "External Order Forwarding" on the right of each Stores list entry --> in the view after clicking on the dark green drop-down Menu button "(+) ADD ORDER FORWARDING" and subsequent selection of the "Add Forwarding to External POS System" option in the "Transmission Engine" setting dropdown menu, the "Gastro Courier" option is added.
Admin+POS+POS (Kitchen Manager):
- In the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the Store settings after clicking on the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" on the right side of each Stores list entry or after clicking on the dark green dropdown menu button "(+) ADD STORE" on the top left and subsequently selecting the option "Add Store" or "Copy Store" --> in the tab "Settings" --> at the section "Other Settings" the new setting "Show orders on kitchen manager per box" has been added.
Also, in the "Print" tab --> in the "Invoice and kitchen receipts" section, the new setting "Print kitchen receipts by box" has been added.
With these settings, orders that contain at least one "box" (or at least two parking procedures or at least one two-course meal) can now be divided into their individual sections/components.
On the KM, each box or similar is displayed as a separate order tile on the kitchen manager and in the headers, both the box names/numbers and the related invoice number or table name/number can be seen.
When printing, a separate receipt is printed for each box.
Admin+POS+Webshops+Apps:
- In the Admin --> in the category "Store" --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the yellow "branching" button "External Order Forwarding" on the right side of each Stores list entry, the option "Add Forwarding to Lightspeed System" has been added in the upper left corner of the menu of the dark green dropdown menu button "(+) ADD ORDER FORWARDING".
Changes:
Webshops:
- Improved the corresponding hint text to be found at order creationin the webshop about receiving the containers or completing the process of this booking step when using the Vytal returnable packaging components in the system.
Bug fixes:
Admin+POS:
- Bug fix regarding orders that could no longer be processed, causing the POS to crash, that were containing items that were given the status "sold out" or "unavailable" after order creation.
Admin+External (Uber Eats):
- Bug fix regarding non-transmitted, missing allergens and additives and ingredients when submitting them from Admin to Uber Eats.
Admin+External (origin used for export which then led to the import file + delivery portals where the menu is subsequently synchronized):
- If an item was imported with inventory "0" or an inventory was taken with a new item and this quantity was entered, it was not marked with the status "sold out" or "not available", but could be ordered normally. A (further) inventory or stock change/movement had to be made first, so that the status or the quantity updated correctly.
Admin+POS+Webshops+Apps+External (Jet):
- Inventory updates and therefore "sold out" statuses or their cancellations due to purchase orders, cancellations and waste/promo postings or merchandise orders or other inventory changes were not transmitted to the Jet delivery portal.
Admin+POS+Webshops+Apps+External (Wolt):
- Stock updates and thus "sold out" states or their cancellations by orders, cancellations and waste/promo bookings or goods orders or other stock changes were not transferred to the Wolt delivery portal.
New features+Changes:
Admin+POS+External (sdStoreApp):
- In the Admin --> in the category "Hardware & System" --> at the category sub-item "Payment Terminals" --> in the view after clicking on the dark green button "(+) ADD TERMINAL" in the upper left corner, the option "easyZVT" has been renamed to "easyZVT | Cash Guard" in the dropdown menu of the setting "Payment Service Provider" and the corresponding additional functionality has been added as well as in the setting "Payment Types" the switch "Cash Terminal (Cash Payment)" has been added for the now usable "Cash Guard".
In addition to creating the terminal here, this must of course also be physically procured and set up, as well as the corresponding configuration in the new components in the new version of the sdStoreApp (to be found in the "Knowledge Base" manual in the SD Community Portal).
The corresponding new payment type must also be created and activated in the Admin in the "Store-wide settings" or in the Store settings.

- Release of new Kitchen Manager version 2.6 with the following content:
- With the new setting "Show orders on kitchen manager per box" <-- in the section "Other settings" <-- in the tab "Settings" <-- in the store settings after clicking on the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" on the right side of each stores list entry resp. after clicking on the dark green dropdown menu button "(+) ADD STORE" at the top left and subsequently selecting the option "Add Store" or "Copy Store" <-- at the category sub-item "Stores" <-- in the category "Store" <-- in the Admin, orders which contain at least one "Box" (or at least two parking processes or at least one two-course menu) can now be divided into their individual sections/components. In doing so, each box or similar is displayed as a separate order tile on the kitchen manager and the headers show both the box names/numbers and the related invoice number or table name/number.
- The "Show portal names" setting in the menu/modal of the "Miscellaneous settings" button at the bottom left of KM is now also available on/for kitchen monitors and overall views - previously it was only available on/for packing stations.
- New loading process indicators ("loading snails") for various locations and processes throughout KM.
- Changed appearance of the "Select workstation" button menu in the bottom left corner of KM, which now also requires one less click to switch between stations (previously, the light green "CONFIRM" button had to be clicked additionally).
- Changed the way the "Sort Kitchen Receipt & Label" setting works <-- in the "Invoice and Kitchen Receipts" section <-- in the "Print" tab <-- in the Store Settings after clicking on the light green "pencil icon" "edit" button to the right of each Stores List entry, resp. after clicking on the dark green dropdown menu button "(+) ADD STORE" at the top left and subsequently selecting the "Add Store" or "Copy Store" option <-- at the "Stores" category sub-item <-- in the "Store" category <-- in Admin.
It now works for the kitchen manager as well.
- If one now clicks on the "Reset Filter Selection" button or the "Invert Filter Selection" button at the bottom of the KM, the Kitchen Manager will scroll back to the "Start" of the order list, as long as you are on the tile view, have selected the "Show All (max. 100 orders)" option in the "Number of Tiles" setting in the menu/modal of the "Miscellaneous Settings" button at the bottom left, and have scrolled manually.
- Bug fix regarding parked table sales and deliveries in tour blocks not updating and not sorting properly automatically when both were present on the KM at the same time.
