Version 1.2.259 - New features, changes and bug fixes
New features:
POS
- In the "POS" --> in the navigation on the left --> at the category item "Dashboard (Beta)" (speedometer icon) the button for the feedback module has now also been integrated on the top right.
Admin + External:
- In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Store" (house icon) --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the yellow "debit/credit card icon" button "Merchant Accounts" on the right of each store list entry, the blue "four squares in a square icon" button "List of Payouts" has been added for merchant account list entries with the gateway type "SIDES Pay". In the view after clicking on it, payout ID's=po ID's along with date and amount can be searched and viewed. Clicking on the light green "magnifying glass icon" "view" button on the left will take you to a restricted version of the "Online Payments" category sub-item, where you can view details of the associated order.
Admin + External (Jet):
- In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Store" (house icon) --> at the category subitem "Delivery Portal Accounts" after selecting a store in the dropdown menu on the top left or at the category subitem "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the yellow "modern key icon" button "Access data delivery portal" --> in the view after clicking on the dark green button "( + ) ADD DELIVERY PORTAL ACCOUNT" in the top left corner the option "Jet Spain" (for Spain) was added in the dropdown menu "Type of delivery portal".
Changes:
Admin:
- In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Store" (house icon) --> at the category sub-item "Global store settings" --> at the tab "Other settings" --> at the section "Store settings" the dropdown option "old code" was removed at the setting "which printing system is used:". Since this left only the dropdown option "new code with templates", the entire setting was then also removed and the previously remaining dropdown option is now automatically permanently active.
- In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Items" (list icon) --> at the category sub-item "deposit types" there is now a completely new design.
POS
- The category item "Dashboard (Beta)" is now available for all customers.
- The categories "Order overview" and "Customers" no longer have category subitems, but have now become category items, since they each contained only one category subitem anyway.
Admin+POS:
- If the setting "Employee login at checkout for delivery, pickup and counter sales" is activated in the store settings, (quick) pickups are only still possible in the Callcenter/Admin if the setting "Pickup orders must be assigned" is also activated - there is now also a note for this in the description of the setting "Employee login at checkout for delivery, pickup and counter sales", which also contains the name of the corresponding setting and also a hyperlink at it, which when clicked on will cause the page to scroll up to the setting.
- The design of the feedback module button icon at the top right of the various beta view pages was changed.
"SIDES Pick"-Picking App:
- Pre-orders now remain (visible) in the app longer after the scheduled order time, so orders don't "disappear" from there too soon, provided they are processed properly.
Bug fixes:
Admin:
- The settings switch "Portal orders must be processed" in the store settings was turned on by default when creating a new store, now it is turned off by default.
POS
- In the "POS" --> in the navigation on the left --> at the category item "Order overview" (shopping bag icon) (with activated 1.5 design via the dashboard in the POS and/or the store settings in the Admin) the auto logout modal appeared in a corresponding situation - visual errors and a functional error were fixed for this one.
Admin+POS:
- Now only the number of unassigned employees since the last cash closing is displayed. Previously it was all of them, which caused problems when not using the function to account employees.
Admin+POS+Webshops:
- Bug fix regarding tax calculation for menus without discountable sales items or those without price and/or tax rate in the menu groups.
New features + Changes:
Webshops:
- In the Checkout, the payment method selection section now has a new design with a few changed features (when using Stripe/SIDES Pay) - these include that Stripe/SIDES Pay payment methods no longer require you to be redirected to an external page after selecting them. Instead, the data can be entered directly on the checkout page in the webshop, completing the order more directly.
