Version 1.2.265 - New features, changes and bug fixes

New features:

Admin+POS:

  • The "square arrow down (right)" button for adding multiple copies of the same item at the same time under items in the shopping cart when editing any orders in Admin/POS has now also been added for the POS V1.5.
  • On the login pages, a button with the feedback icon from the POS V1.5 and the text "Product feedback wanted: Share your honest opinion!" has now been added at the bottom left under all input fields, drop-down menus and buttons as well as texts, whose hyperlink opens an external survey regarding the SIDES software.

Webshops:

  • In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Store" ("house symbol") --> at the category sub-item "Webshop settings" --> at the tab "Webshop version 2" to be shown/showable via the drop-down menu at the top right --> more drop-down options have been added in the drop-down menu of the setting "Default font".

Admin+External:

  • In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Store" ("house symbol") --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the yellow "branching symbol" button "External order forwarding" on the right of each stores list entry --> in the view after clicking on the light green "pencil symbol" button "edit" on the right of each order forwarding accounts list entry or the dark green drop-down button "( + ) ADD ORDER FORWARDING" at the top left and then selecting the drop-down menu option "Add forwarding to external POS system" the new field "Access Token (for OAUTH2 method)" has been added for the "OAUTH2" drop-down menu option of the "Authentication method (for PUSH method)" setting in the center above the "Additional filters" section and below the field "Password / X- API-KEY (for PUSH method)".

Changes:

Admin:

  • In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Store" ("house symbol") --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the yellow "debit/credit card symbol" button "Merchant Accounts" on the right of each store list entry --> in the view after clicking on the light green "pencil symbol" button "change" on the right of each merchant accounts list entry or the dark green dropdown button "( + ) ADD MERCHANT ACCOUNT" at the top left --> in the section "PayPal Partner Fee" the message of the switch setting has been adjusted.

POS

  • The user right "dashboard.showamountstatistics" has been adjusted and now also works on the "Dashboard (Beta)" to hide various components there when it is deactivated or to show them when it is activated.

Bug fixes:

Admin:

  • Bug fix regarding the function/button "CLEAN DATA REGULARLY" <-- in the tab "General" <-- at the category sub-item "Clean customer data" <-- in the category "Customers" ("person and '+' sign symbol") <-- in the navigation on the left <-- in the Admin.
  • Bug fixes regarding the category sub-items "Insights" and "Individual statistics / Overview" <-- in the category "Statistics" ("two intersecting graphs symbol") <-- in the navigation on the left <-- in the Admin.
  • Bug fix regarding non-functioning buttons to save the settings and to call up the webshop, due to non-visible error message for required fields to be filled in in the tab "Webshop version 2" <-- at the category sub-item "Webshop settings" <-- in the category "Store" ("house symbol") <-- in the navigation on the left <-- in the Admin. Now, if fields are not filled in, they should be filled in automatically the first time you try to save (at least when the tab is open) and it should be possible to save the settings and open the webshop afterwards.
  • Bug fix regarding DSFinV-K exports.

POS

  • Bug fixes regarding dropdown options not working (on first click) in the dropdown menu at the top left of the "Order overview" of the POS V1.5 and the dropdown menu staying open after opening it and thus not accessible options below it.

Admin+POS+Webshops:

  • Various missing translations added.

Admin+External:

  • Bug fix regarding duplicate payment types in the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Statistics" ("two intersecting graphs symbol") --> at the category sub-item "Individual statistics / Overview (Beta)" --> when viewing a created statistic of the statistic type dropdown menu option "Payment types" via the "eye symbol" button "view" at the right of each statistic list entry as well as in the exports, which can be downloaded via the "Export symbol" buttons "Export Excel" and "Export JSON" on the right.

Admin+POS+External (Glovo):

  • Bug fix regarding "cash" payment method not correctly transferred/registered in our system when selected on an order in the Glovo delivery portal.

Admin+POS+External (Portals):

  • Bug fix regarding portal orders forwarded via sdOrdertransmission (e.g. from Lieferando/takeaway.com) where sometimes menus or menu components (corresponding to different items in the Admin and on the portal with the same item number) are transferred/registered as other toppings or sales items instead, for example.
  • Bug fix regarding not transferred portal order ID's at portal orders forwarded via sdOrderforward (e.g. Ghostkitchen)/sdOrdertransmission, which therefore did not appear on the new receipts, which e.g. hinders the drivers of the delivery portals, e.g. Wolt.

Admin+POS+Webshops/Apps+External:

  • Bug fix regarding "Removables"=de-selectable recipe ingredients not forwarded via sdOrderforward (e.g. Ghostkitchen)/sdOrdertransmission.

New features+Changes:

Admin:

  • In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Store" ("house symbol") --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the yellow "debit card/credit card symbol" button "Merchant Accounts" to the right of each store list entry --> in the view after clicking on the blue "four white squares in square form" button "List of payouts" you can now see not only the three columns "PAYOUT-ID", "PAYOUT DATE" and "AMOUNT", but also the new column "AMOUNT CALCULATED". This is because both values come from different places in the system/are transferred/calculated differently. One of the two values could not be displayed before. Please note that the column "AMOUNT", which was originally available, has now been renamed to "AMOUNT CALCULATED" and the new column is now called "AMOUNT".

Furthermore, payout list entries are now highlighted in red if the two values do not match.

New features+Changes+Bug fixes:

POS (KITCHEN MANAGER)

  • Release of version 2.8 of the kitchen manager. This contains various bug fixes and visual adjustments. There are also the following new features: An adjusted start screen after logging in, an info/legend modal button on the customer monitor and a hint in the modal where you can customize the customer monitor (more) as well as two new options for the font sizes on the customer monitor in the settings modal of the "gear icon" button at the bottom left.
