Version 1.2.274 - New features, changes and bug fixes

New features:

Admin:

• In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Incentives" ("star symbol") --> at the category sub-item "Loyalty settings", the new setting/field/option "Prefix for bonus code" including a short description has been added in the center.

Self-service terminal:

• After entering the user name and password, a light green box now appears under the "Log in" button with a checkbox and the text "Save selection.". If this checkbox is ticked and the option thus activated, the store + cash register location (etc.) selected at the login will be permanently saved for future logins as long as the cookies in the browser are not deleted or the option is not deactivated again. So if you log out afterwards and want to log in again at a later time, you can now do this more quickly without having to manually search for the correct drop-down options each time.

Changes:

POS (MOBILE POS)

• The modal to edit meal courses (if activated and set up/created in the Admin) now has a new design if the POS V1.5 design is active/was previously activated.

Admin+POS:

• If a webshop order that contained a tip and was paid e.g. with the payment method "Debit card at pickup/takeaway" is then edited in the order overview and the payment method is changed to "EC terminal", the partial payment modal now opens automatically. The reason for this is that the selected payment method for the tip should be checked and, if necessary, changed to "EC terminal" so that the order total on the invoice and the payment terminal receipt match - if the tip is paid using a different payment method, there will be two different totals.
• The displayed language of certain elements such as payment method names (if translations are available/can be retrieved or transferred from the corresponding locations) in views such as the cash register info/cash closing overview pages or the monthly report or similar no longer depends on the display language set via the flag buttons at the top left or before login (if more than one language is available in the system), but on the set store language.

Changing the language and then performing a checkout led/leads to separate entries for the same payment method due to the different name and thus to split amounts for sales etc. for the same source. Since saved data can no longer be subsequently adjusted, it was/is always recommended to always have the same language active when performing a cash closing.

Admin+External (Stripe):

• All fields in the merchant account creation/editing view for company owner name, tax number etc. have been removed due to potentially incorrect (automatic) selection of company type which should prevent sometimes occurring problems during verification. Now all missing data must/can only be entered on the Stripe page (or similar) during onboarding. If information is missing, Stripe support (or similar) will request it.

Bug fixes:

Self-service terminal:

• Sometimes the following text/error message appeared on the self-service terminal after a successful payment via a payment terminal: "uncompleted transaction".

External:

• Bug fix regarding sometimes incorrect amount/numbers transfer to Stripe.

Admin+External:

• Bug fix regarding unequal numbers of orders from Uber Eats (delivery portal accounts) in the statistics "Order entry channels" and "Delivery portals" <-- at the category sub-items "Individual statistics / Overview" and "Individual statistics / Overview (Beta)" <-- in the category "Statistics" ("two crossing graphs symbol") <-- in the navigation on the left <-- in the Admin.

POS+Selfservice terminal:

• Bug fix regarding payment terminal payments when more than one (easyZVT) terminal was used per POS=cash register location, where incorrect data was seen on the invoice and/or the payment terminal receipt="customer receipt", as the orders from the different terminals got mixed up.

Change/Bug fix:

Admin+External:

• The Stripe transaction fee calculation has been adjusted in terms of VAT to be more accurate and less rounded, which also makes more decimal places visible (e.g. in the "Online payments" category sub-item in the Admin).
