Version 1.2.276 - New features, changes and bug fixes

New features:

Admin:

• In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Articles" ("List symbol") --> at the category sub-item "Articles" --> in the view after clicking on the light green "pencil symbol" button "Edit" on the right of each article list entry or the dark green button "( + ) ADD ARTICLE" at the top left --> on the "Article" tab --> in the "Basic article data" section, a "?" area has been added to the article setting "External article number", where an info text box appears when hovering over it with the mouse cursor.
• In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Articles" ("List symbol") --> in the category sub-item "Topping groups" there are the new columns "MIN. AT SINGLE ART." and "MIN. AT MENU." and these columns belong to the new settings "Min. number for single sales" and "Min. number for menu sales" in the creation/editing view, which can be accessed in the topping group list via the dark green button "( + ) ADD TOPPING GROUPS" at the top left or the light green "pencil icon" button "Edit" on the right of each topping group list entry.

POS (POS)

• Visual and functional revision and extension of the "Set item as/set to sold out" function at the box "Sold out items & product groups" <-- at the category item "Dashboard (Beta)" ("speedometer icon") <-- in the navigation on the left <-- in the POS (POS), primarily to better integrate commodity groups - they are now displayed here and all items of a commodity group can be set to sold out more quickly collectively.

Bug fixes:

Admin:

• Bug fix regarding potentially too large images not delimited in the preview box in the field "Standard product group image" which then overlapped their "trash can icon" button (=delete) and even more in the "Images" section <-- at the category sub-item "Webshop settings" <-- in the category "Store" ("House icon") <-- in the navigation on the left <-- in the Admin.

POS (POS)

• Bug fix regarding empty text fields in specific info messages at category point "Dashboard (Beta)".
• Bug fix regarding problematic/strange text input on iPads in the article search field in the box "Sold out articles & product groups" <-- at the category item "Dashboard (Beta)" ("speedometer symbol") <-- in the navigation on the left <-- in the POS (POS).

POS (KITCHEN MANAGER)

• In the special case that SOT/delivery portal orders were forwarded via "sdOrdertransmission" and reached the target system/store as counter sales, the "Name" or the "Inhouse/Outhouse status"/"Eat in/Take out status" were not displayed/transmitted in the kitchen manager on stations, but only on printouts (and in the POS).

Webshops:

• Bug fixes regarding translations in webshops.

Admin+POS (POS):

• Bug fixes regarding spelling and translations.
• Bug fixes regarding employee shifts completed via the "Personnel management" tab "in the order overview" (POS V1.5), where the employees could not be processed in the employee list in the Admin due to an allegedly not yet completed shift.

New features/Changes:

Admin+POS+External:

• The white-light blue "arrow pointing to the right symbol" button "Forward order", which appeared/appears on the right in the "Order overviews" for each relevant order as soon as an external order forwarding account is set up in the Admin, is now white-orange as long as the corresponding order has not yet been forwarded, white-red if the last attempted/theoretically executed forwarding failed and white-green if the last (attempted/) executed forwarding was successful. The button name and a new colored text box message at it (also visible by hovering over it with the mouse pointer, like the name) are now different/also change depending on the status (e.g. to "Forward order again" and "Forwarding successful") and the normal system notifications also still appear "additionally" at the top right.

This all applies to both automatic forwarding and manual forwarding.
