Version 1.2.279 - New features and changes

New features:

Admin+External:

• In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Store" ("House symbol") --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the yellow "Bank/Credit card symbol" button "Merchant Accounts" on the right of each stores list entry the column "SHARED" has been added to the list as well as the orange button "(Share symbol) IMPORT" in the top left corner and the orange "Share symbol" button "Share account" has also been added at the right of each Merchant Accounts list entry of the "GATEWAY" type "SIDES Pay". In the new menus of these new buttons, Stripe accounts can be shared ("original location") or imported (external/additional location) - this is possible for other stores of the same client, for stores at other clients on the same instance/URL or also for other stores at other clients on other instances/URLs.

This function can also be combined with order forwarding to an external POS system with an order forwarding account and delivery portal account from sdOrdertransmission/SD Ordertransmission.

• In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Store" ("house icon") --> at the category sub-item "Stores" --> in the view after clicking on the light green "pencil icon" button "edit" on the right of each stores list entry or the dark green drop-down button "( + ) ADD STORE" at the top left and then selecting one of the two drop-down options (and, if necessary, "skip" the "Copy store" view) --> at the "Payment methods" tab, for the SIDES Pay payment methods as well as for the payment methods "PayPal" and "Telecash" (if available, if the corresponding requirements are met).) the new "Merchant name" field (each with different descriptions) has been added.

At least for Stripe payments, this field can/should be used to specify an alternative name for the originating store or the originating store chain/franchise/client, which can then appear on certain customer statements or e.g. in certain emails ("from Stripe" or similar). This is especially recommended for Stripe payment methods (and PayPal) if you do not have your own Stripe (/PayPal) (merchant) account, but an account from another client/another instance=URL has been shared with you and you therefore use the account of another store/client/franchise (and even more so if an order forwarding to an external POS system with an order forwarding account and delivery portal account from sdOrdertransmission/SD Ordertransmission i used) so that your own name appears there instead of that of the original external account. Please also note: In the case of Stripe, the name also appears in the "Payment description in billing" field when viewing some "Transactions" list entries in the (original) Stripe account on their website.

Admin+POS+External:

• In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Hardware & System" ("Printer icon") --> at the category sub-item "Print templates" in the view after clicking on the dark green button "( + ) ADD TEMPLATE" at the top left or the light green "pencil symbol" button "Edit" on the right of each print template list entry, the placeholder "%order_comment%" can now be entered for the print template type "Label" in the "Frame" section (not in the "Order comment" section, where the placeholder can be found in the orange "'i' symbol button menu on the left) in order to display the ("standard") "Order comment" on labels.

Changes:

SOT (POS)

• Changes to items such as validity=availability, price or name are now always updated as soon as you start an order, i.e. when you go from the "landing screen"="start screen" to the item selection/shopping cart screen.

New feature+Changes:

Webshops+SOT (POS):

• In the Admin --> in the navigation on the left --> in the category "Incentives" ("star symbol") --> at the category sub-item "Banners / Recommendations" --> in the view after clicking on the dark green button "( + ) ADD BANNER" at the top left or the light green "pencil icon" button "Edit" on the right of each banner/recommendations list entry, the new "Display" setting option "Recommend article in topping view" has been added, with which article purchase recommendations can now also be displayed on the topping configuration screen, e.g. in the webshop or in the SOT, when articles that can have toppings are placed in the shopping cart.

Furthermore, the previously available "Display" setting option "Article recommendation" has been renamed to "Recommend article in shopping cart".

New feature/Change:

SOT (POS)

• When executing an order, payment terminals now start automatically if only one payment type ([so] "of the type" "payment terminal") is available (and only one payment terminal per cash register).
