Version 1.2.72 - PayPlaza Integration

New payment provider "PAY PLAZA" fully integrated.

Direct communication between POS and EC terminal is now possible, payment amounts can be transferred directly to the terminal. This is an essential improvement especially for the SelfService terminal.
