Version 1.2.83.1 - TAKEAWAY - Auto-Login

With the new Takeaway interface via push, it could happen that Takeaway deleted the account login without this being visible to SimplyDelivery. For this reason, this update contains a mechanism that saves the last health check from Takeaway and triggers a forced re-login after a grace period of approximately 5 minutes.
