SOTA (Caller ID Recognition)

The “SOTA SSL certificate” has been renewed. This article explains how you can implement it quickly and easily.

There is fundamentally no security risk in the communication from your computer or browser. By installing the new “SOTA SSL certificate,” everything will remain the same as before. The renewal of the “SOTA SSL certificate” only affects the local caller ID recognition.

When starting, you can easily obtain the new “SOTA SSL certificate” with a single click by installing the current version of the "SOTA Caller ID Recognition" or by manually adding the "SOTA SSL certificate".

Automatic Installation

1. Log in and go to the dashboard

Log in to the POS system and go to the dashboard.

2. “Help and Manual”

Click the "Help and Manual" button at the top right and scroll down.


3. Installation

Click the "SOTA Caller ID Recognition" button.


  
Open the downloaded file.




Click the "Run" button.


Check all boxes and click the "Next" button.

Click the "Install" button.


Check "Close applications automatically" and click the "Next" button.


Click the "Yes" button.


Check the box "Start SOTA" and click the "Finish" button.


The installation is complete.
