Switch to the new cash register interface


What
There is a new graphical interface for the cash register, which can be switched.

Where
POS or Admin: Dashboard > Activate new cash register.
Admin: Global settings > Global store setting > Other settings > Call center and POS settings > 
Representation of the cash register > Use cash register in new design (V1.5).


There is a new redesign of the cash register that can be activated at will.

Switching to the new cash register interface

The cash register interface can be switched from version 1.0 to version 1.5. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: Via Admin settings

  1. Navigate to Admin: Global settings > Global store setting > Other settings > Call center and POS settings > 
Representation of the cash register.

  2. Enable the option "Use cash register in new design (V1.5)".




Option 2: Via the dashboard

  1. Navigate to Admin or POS: Dashboard > Activate new cash register.

  2. The checkbox "Activate new cash register" is pre-selected based on the admin settings:
    1. If "V1.5" is selected in Admin → checkbox is checked.
    2. If "V1.0" is selected in Admin → checkbox is unchecked.

  3. By checking or unchecking "Activate new cash register", you can switch at any time between the old (V1.0) and the new (V1.5) checkout interface.
