What
In the webshop and app settings, you define which order types are available, how orders are processed and displayed, and which texts are shown to customers.

Introduction
Using the "General Settings" for webshop and app store settings, you can configure order types, order processes, and customer-facing texts.
Go to Admin: Webshop & App > Store Settings > General Settings.
Outgoing order channels
Deactivate delivery: If enabled, delivery is not available in the webshop, Google Food Ordering, or the app.
Deactivate pickup: If enabled, pickup is not available in the webshop, Google Food Ordering, or the app.
Settings
Send a copy of the order confirmation to the store: If enabled, the store receives a copy of the order confirmation via email (BCC). An email address must be stored for the store.
Personal greeting for customer: If enabled, customers are addressed with "you" in automated emails. If disabled, customers are addressed formally.
Maximum delivery time to be displayed to customers: Define the maximum delivery time displayed to customers. Typically, this is 90 minutes.
Time interval for pre-order options in the webshop: Define the time intervals for pre-orders (e.g. every 15, 30, or 60 minutes). If no value or 0 is set, 15 minutes will be used.
Display text in case delivery time is above maximum: Define a customer message shown if the estimated delivery time exceeds the maximum, e.g. including a discount code.
Show checkbox to let customers order as a guest: If enabled, customers can choose whether a customer profile should be created during checkout.
Show the remaining amount of the article in the webshop: Displays how many items are still available and can be ordered.
Already select payment method: Automatically preselects the first payment method in the webshop and app.
Place webshop and app items directly into the shoppint cart: If enabled, items are added directly to the shopping cart, even if they include toppings. The mandatory toppings selection is still displayed.
Skip address check on checkout: If enabled, address verification will be disabled at the end of the order process (webshop) if the address cannot be found. This means that customers can always order, even if their address is not within the delivery area.
Deactivate "Immediately" when selecting the delivery time: If enabled, the option "Immediately" will not appear when selecting the delivery time.
Display delivery/take away times as time periods: If enabled, time periods are displayed when selecting delivery/take away times, if applicable (e.g. "10:00 - 12:00"). The time periods are formed depending on the limited pre-orders.
Texts visible to end customers
Display of a text or link on the webshop order confirmation page and receipts: Here you can add variable text. This text will be displayed if you assign the variable %STORETEXT% to all templates. Therefore, it can be added to the invoice, hospitality receipt, kitchen receipt, and the email templates: "Webshop - order confirmation" and "CRM - send voucher".
Webshop: Foward to external URL: If a URL is entered, the customer will be redirected to it after selecting a store.
App: Forward to external URL: If a URL is entered, the customer will be redirected to it after selecting a store.
URL of the imprint: If a URL is entered, the customer will be redirected to an external page where you have provided your legal notice.
URL of privacy policy: If a URL is entered, the customer will be redirected to an external page where you have provided your privacy policy.
URL of the terms and conditions: If a URL is entered, the customer will be redirected to an external page where you have provided your terms and conditions.
URL for contents and allergens: If a URL is entered, the customer will be redirected to an external page where you have provided your ingredients and allergens.
Text for terms and conditions confirmation and privacy policy: This text will be displayed as a checkbox for confirming the terms and conditions and privacy policy on the order confirmation page.
Text after order completion: This text will be displayed after order completion on the checkout page.
Contents/text of order process page: Contents/text on the order process page. You have to use the placeholder %state-graphic% at the position in the text where you want to display the order process image.
