Options and settings for advance orders
The advance order settings can be found under Admin: Webshop & App > Location-specific settings.
Under "General settings", an interval length (in minutes) can be configured for the location.
The selected interval applies to all limits and order types.

Our recommendation:We strongly advise against changing the interval length while the store is in operation.
Limits can now be applied separately to "Pickup" and "Delivery" or jointly to both order types.
The number of orders ("Maximum pre-orders per time interval in minutes") applies collectively to all order types selected in the limit configuration.
Third-party ordering platforms such as takeaway.com (lieferando.de) do not support order limits. Orders received through these platforms will be processed regardless of the configured limits. Please take this into account when defining the maximum number of advance orders you wish to allow.

It is now possible to define an additional maximum order value.
This limit only works in combination with a maximum number of orders.
By entering a value greater than zero, the total value of all orders within the selected time interval is limited.
If either the maximum number of orders (one additional order may still be possible due to system behavior) or the cumulative order value is exceeded, the corresponding time slot will be automatically disabled.

Examples
- Pickup + delivery, maximum number of orders = 3, and a maximum order value = 100:
→ 1 pickup + 2 deliveries / 2 pickups + 1 delivery / 3 pickups / 3 deliveries
→ as soon as the total order value exceeds 100, either through a single order or any combination of orders, the corresponding time slot will be closed. - Delivery, maximum number of orders = 3, and a maximum order value = 100:
→ Maximum of 3 deliveries + unlimited pickups; once the total order value exceeds 100, either through a single order or any combination of orders, the corresponding time slot will be closed for deliveries only!
(Order A > 100 → slot closed); (Order A + order B > 100 → slot closed)
Pickup orders remain available without any restrictions.

- Do NOT overlap the time boundaries of different order types!
