How do I determine how many days in advance customers can pre-order?
Quick solution
You can set how many days into the future customers can place an order in your webshop.
Steps:
- In the SIDES Administration, go to Store management > Stores > Edit.
- Navigate to the Settings tab and select the "Delivery and take away settings" section.
- Look for the field "Number of days for orders in advance".
- Enter the number of days (e.g. 7 or 14 days).
- Click Save at the bottom.
Important: This setting is general. It is not possible to configure this differently per specific product. Do you want to inform customers about a specific delivery date? Use the Customer reports feature to communicate this at the top of your webshop.
