Recording in the administration
To record waste and promotions in the administration, follow these steps:
- Go to Admin: Inventory management > Waste & Promo.
- Click the "Choose Action" button at the top right.
- Select the appropriate category:
- Waste
- Promo
- Self consumption
- Other
- In the next screen:
- Select the "Date".
- Search for the "Item".
- Enter the "Quantity" and add a "Comment".
- Click "Save".
The product will then be automatically recorded.
Overview and reporting
In the overview under Admin: Inventory management > Waste and Promo, you can:
- filter by "Store",
- search for specific "Items",
- specify a desired "Time Period",
- export the list with "Export",
- and print it out.
If recordings have already been made, the corresponding results will be displayed after you select a date.
Table structure:
The first table shows the totals of the recordings by category (waste, promotion, self consumption, other).
In the detailed view below, you can see when, what, and by whom the recording was made.
Clicking on the eye icon "Show" will display the details of the record.
If you click on the trash can "Cancel", the entry will be canceled and then displayed with a strikethrough.
